How Much Will This Cost Me?
One of the benefits of doing this process online is saving money and time. For any Real Estate Deeds, Seller Packages, or Mortgages that you need signing, we charge the following:
- The base price will be $25. This is for the first document and will include the ID Verification or $5 for the ID Verification and $20 for the notarization.
- Each additional page is $20.
- For a real estate seller closing, there is a flat rate charge for all documents at $150.
- For a buyer closing or mortgage refinancing, there is a $175 charge.
- Some transactions do require a witness. Those can be provided for $25 each.
What Do I Need to Qualify?
To qualify using this online Florida Notary Public service and pass the ID verification process, you’ll need your U.S. State ID Card or Driver’s License from any state. You will also need a U.S. Social Security Number with some form of credit history. Our system uses a 3rd party verification process that requires you to pass within two tries. We do take the information we get seriously and securely.
